Festival Host
My role is to hold space on the stage, facilitate the transition of acts and be the connection between artist and audience.
In this place I thrive.
I work closely with Organisers to represent their festival, deliver the message and keep the energy flowing.
Meeting and engaging with performers allows me the opportunity to deliver a complete introduction; by establishing what the artist is currently doing and wishes to promote (album, single, tour) I am able to weave a narrative that builds anticipation and excitement for the audience.
In communication with Technical crew, Stage Management and Festival Organisers, I keep things moving to schedule.
Hosting the Bloom Stage at the first Good Vibrations Society Festival in 2021 blew my mind! I was delighted to be invited back for its second year and am still buzzing from this summer (2023) andbooked for 2024.
